You may be right. I think if the State withdraws the thugs, most of us would still be on the sofa.
And you noticed the ballot boxes in the illustration? I thought that was a nice touch. We cast our votes among the only choices THEY present us with, then sit back on the sofa. It's what's makes people like the High Priest of Smokes possible.

yeah, that's about right, especially the people on the sofa (you, me, Manolo, Bong Austero, the FV gang etc. etc.)
I'd like to think we're not being hypnotized by the TV and have some idea of what's going on. It's just that those thugs have guns.
